CONSULTING SERVICE OPTIONS

OPTION 1: FULL TIME CONSULTING SERVICES

     Full time consulting services involve total commitment to your successful restaurant opening. Included services are broken down into 4 basic categories: Opening checklists, training forms, recommended suppliers and orders. OPTION 2: PART-TIME CONSULTING SERVICES

     (Part-Time consulting services include your choice of any 10 features in Option 1.)

     "Part Time" is defined as 25 hours per week, including periodic monitoring of construction/remodel activities on site as well as off-site manual preparation and administrative responsibilities as required.

  • Daily Consultation Services include:
  • Planning " directionals " with the management team
  • Development and Implementation of " Management Mechanics " for FOH, BOH
  • AM and PM functions Development and Implementation of cost control systems for food and beverage operations
  • Development and Implementation of training procedures
  • Conduct Train the Trainer classroom session
  • On-going management team training

OPTION 3: ON-GOING CONSULTING AFTER OPENING; OPERATING PARTNER STATUS

     On-going management consulting services begin during the third week after restaurant opening and include weekly monitoring of sales results, cost controls, service evaluation, and product quality assurance. " On-going " consulting is defined as weekly store visits to monitor consistency and adherence to operating systems, with " Store Visit Reports " submitted to the General Manager and owner. Store visits are weekly 4 hour evaluations* during both " peak periods " and other day parts. They may be "Operating Procedures", "Peak Period" performance and QSC compliance, or "Closing Procedure" evaluations.

     On-going consultation includes:

  • Training and development for management team
  • Monitor adherence to operating systems including " Management Mechanics "
  • "Line Check" for Quality Assurance AM or PM
  • Legendary Service Evaluation for Guest Experience Survey AM or PM
  • Identify and Monitor trends impacting sales and profitability, including food, beverage, and labor costs.

     Business Development Consultation Services Include:

  • Annual Marketing Planning Calendar
  • Community Awareness Marketing Plan
  • Local Store Marketing Plan - Print advertising, radio and TV
  • Flyer and door hanger development, implementation and distribution
  • "To Go" Department and fax ordering system development and implementation
  • Catering and delivery operations system development and implementation
