  • 45 Pizza Hut Restaurants
  • 14 Church's Fried Chicken units
  • 5 Orange Julius snack bars
  • 2 Kettle Restaurants
  • Full service casual dining, banquet, catering and lounge operation at Ramada Inn in Victoria, Texas.
  • Regional Director for 38 franchised Golden Fried Chicken / Golden Chick units and covered the area from Waco to McAllen, and Del Rio to Corpus Christi, Texas.

     My full service casual theme dining experience includes the above mentioned Ramada Inn, Sea Palm Motel in Port Aransas and the following national brands:

  • Black-eyed Pea
  • Applebee's Neighborhood Grill and Bar
  • T.G.I. Friday's
  • Tippin's Restaurant and Bakery.

     I have a reputation for building management teams focused on achieving revenue goals through high customer satisfaction levels. Design and implementation of local store and community awareness marketing programs have improved operational efficiencies, profit margins, employee morale and sales revenues within diverse concepts. My tenure at Pizza Hut, Kettle Restaurants, Ramada Inn, and Black-eyed Pea all produced record-breaking sales increases.
